If you have a character on Redemption and it was the last one you logged into, you are not noticing that the server according to launcher is offline. If you last played on the test server or have no character you are unable to switch into Redemption which is showing as offline but it actually online and fine per the website as well as the characters that are able to login.
The server needs to be showing as online for the rest of us to be able to connect to it and resume playing or make a character. Please assist us!

There is a simple workaround.
The realm is just shown as offline (dont know why).

Workaround1 :
Click on PTR, log in to PTR
Go back to realm selection
Change to english
Hit enter

you should be good to go

Hi, thank you for this suggestion but the PTR server is also offline (Frostmourne), so cannot connect to any realm atm. Anyone else have this problem?
