so i have been facing the issue for over a month now without any resolution...talked to everyone i could but no solution (Janitor tried but still did not resolve)...the issue is that my ISP is providing me with a proxy due to which i can not connect, i was told to use wtfast but still i cant play after using it, my IP keeps changing everytime i restart my pc and obviously janitor cant unblock all of them every day, so here i am if anyone can give me a solution please, i really want to play on this server but cant from home that is at work it works fine as i have a dedicated fiber connection of 100MB.

if anyone has any ideas or suggestion please help me, and dont ask me to contact the ISP cause it useless :S

There are some programs that offer game proxies such WTF and PingZapper (there may be others also).
Using one of these you just need to select a server manually (do not let it pick one for you). Once you have done that get the IP address of the selected server (ex. London, or Frankfurt etc.) and send to us.
Most likely we have it already whitelisted but if not we will add it.

sorry but i did what you told me to do i did use WTF and gave you a server IP that i was using SG8 server yet the next day when i logged in the same disconnection happened, my IP address is dynamic so it will never be constant, even if i use wtfast it changes everyday regardless...maybe i am doing something wrong and would love if i can get some more guidance regarding this
