Unable to connect

I was playing just fine and the server kicked me, now i can't enter my account anymore, not banned but says unable to connect.

im not able to connect to my account. when i do it says my account has been temporarily suspended to check rules. i can log in to the wow mania website but not the game.

The server is down AGAIN.
