Hi All,

I'm a new user freshly registered. I downloaded the client, put the folder on the root of my E drive and executed the launcher (with admin privileges). The application runs ok but when I enter my credentials I always get the error message "Unable to connect. Please try again later. If the problem persists , please contact technical support at: www.wow-mania.com/rules".

I tried the following:
1) obviuosly retrying to type in the credentials
2) changed the password in my account several times and tried again
3) checked the realm was correctly set
4) flushed my dns as suggested elsewhere

I don't use any VPN or proxy so that is also not part of the equation.

Any idea what else could be wrong?

Log into their discord and read the announcements from yesterday. The server is having issues but with a couple tweaks you can play. Do not use the launcher right now. Best to keep checking discord for updates.

Thanks for the quick reply, Xaarell. I confess I've never used Discord so I'm not to sure how to log in into their discord. I've made a discord account but what next?

Can you post the tricks to solve this connection issue here instead of discord?

Sorry, just noticed the last reply.
In my case it wasn't much of a trick: I just realised the realm was incorrect. Once I changed that it worked.
Later on that day the launcher has been fixed and everything is working as it should
