Cowl not contributing

My Cowl isn't contributing to my set bonus. It's transmogged. Is that why?

It's only a visual glitch because the slot is transmoged, the bonus set is there.

Don't worry, no matter what, the
elastic man bonus set is still there. Just a little error.
