How can i spend vote token?

sorry for the stupid question, but i don't know how and where i can spend the vote token.

Hey ,
U can teleport with the mall token from wow mania , should be in your inventory.
There u have loods of stuff u can use the vote tokens for .

The sellers name is George Maniac he is over on the far wall when you enter the WoW-Mania Mall

Like an escape. Finding votes is really difficult.
