Mall Teleport Question

When does a Death Knight get the mania mall teleport link? I'm at level 70 and still don't have one.

Due at the questline and phases DK's doesn't receive WoW-Mania's Mall Teleport Stone as the others classes.
You can get one visiting Gunther Weller (Weapons Merchant) in Stormwind or Kaja (Guns & Ammunition) in Orgrimmar, you can also visit Ildine Sorrowspear (Enchanting Supplies) in Dalaran.
