New loading screens, Character select screens, Login screens

This is a patch you can add into your data folder inside WoW-Mania to allow new loading screens across various dungeons / raids / character select screen / loading screen and Login screen.

Simply add this file to the other patch files inside data folder.
Remove out of folder to reset back to normal.
