Crippling lag ONLY in istances (Raids/Dungeons)

I would like to see if anyone knows a workaround to fix this issue, or if a GM can help.

Problem: I can run the game at any settings level for the outside world with ZERO lag - about 6ms latency. However, as soon as I zone into ANY instance, everything goes awry!!! I did VoA about 30 mins ago, and it was so bad i could not move my toon and was dpsing for less than 1/3 of what i should have been doing. This game will only continue to be fun if I can do the end-game content (Raids and Dungeons). Please help ASAP!!!

Solution: ???????

This is typical of a corrupted or not up to date client.
Make sure you ALWAYS start the game via the Launcher and wait for the update (if any) to complete.
Remember that we DO NOT support other clients.

Hello

Also check out your addons, disable them before go inside an instance, and check one by one; usually quest related addons may lag you inside instances

Kind Regards

I use WoW-Mania's client, and always start from the launcher.

I was suspecting it might be add-on related, but being that it was only in instances, I wasn't sure why it would be different in such. I remember, back in the day, Recount could cause this type of issue, but it could/would cause it in the open world, too. So, I will try your suggestion moving forward. Thanks for your input. Sure hope i figure this out.
