Mania to Reign

I think these two servers are both owned by the same people, is it possible to have my WoW Mania characters moved over to the Cata server on Reign?

I just wish I could transfer all the coins i purchased for WOTLK to Cata and I would be happy. I'll make new characters. But no don't see the ability to transfer character ever going to happen.
