Hi! Im new in this server, i have 8 vote point and i know this are not enough to buy something, but where do i spend it?? .

Use the
WoW-Mania's Mall Teleport Stone. If you don't have it you can get it from any inn-keeper in game. At the mall you'll be able to spend those vote tokens and also convert them to Maniac Points which is another in-game currency for exclusive items and services.
