How to get this sword?

Hi guys! I saw some players in the game with this sword. But I have no idea where to buy it or who sell it, what cost etc. It can be that’s a drop from raid boss or what? Please, anyone know?

Hello,
You can get the sword from the ICC raid.
When you defeat the boss "Deathbringer Saurfang" there is a 20% change that the Deathbringer's Cache has that item in it.

More specifically, it drops from the 25man ICC raid.
