WoW-Mania

As the title says, i was wondering if it would be possible to use reshade on the game since i found a pretty nice looking one & i am used to have reshade on nearly every game i play.
After i tried to install it the standard way it didn't work at all.

Is it forbidden or am i doing something wrong?
