Faster mounts (100%/flying) - what lvl?

I don't like walking in WoW.
I know that we get a free 60% ground mount at lvl 10, but what about faster mounts? Do I need to wait until lvl 40 for a 100% mount or are there any other ways?
Tbh, I'd love to have a faster mount from lvl 1 or 10
