Do you only get one when you first sign up or are you to get one each month?

You will get one when you sign up. You must specify a character and it will come in their mail. They will get the title but the token and the benefits are account bound. If you sign up for subscription you will then get one on the first of every month.

I have done vip 2 months and only received 1 token. I had to do it a month at a time as my card will not do the subscription on its own.
