I write on this forum cuz making tickets in game about mutes is bannable. I'd suggest to avoid total and general mutes because it can affect raid and party chats. I was unable to help and suggest tactis in dungeon as dungeon leader. GMs should mute only general chat like "World, Trade, general" but ...
