Seems if you last logged into a character on Redemption you can still log in. My friend was unable to make a character so I swapped to other server and now I can't get back.

If you have a character on Redemption and it was the last one you logged into, you are not noticing that the server according to launcher is offline. If you last played on the test server or have no character you are unable to switch into Redemption which is showing as offline but it actually online...
