It's because very few people have this issue, and it's mostly because you don't use the (up-to-date) launcher / client provided on this website

They said pvp zones in discord, but there are also some custom zones like southern barrens and desolace. Don't think there is a list

I DID get my 8 points ingame though, so maybe its just a website issue

I just voted 6 times and received 0 points, so something is definitely not working right

The formatting issues on those websites are probably because you have an ad blocker enabled.

For the getting only one point issue, I have been experiencing the same thing. Worked properly last week..
