I had this same problem, I turned off my VPN (not smart in my location) and was able to log in. Spoke to a GM and he said its because of goldsellers. If you don't have a set IP they wont let you in. So without a VPN is fine. I dont think they understand that most people nowadays run a VPN, I figure ...
