They do not appear on the list on the character selection screen. How do I disable and re-enable them? Sorry I am an old lady lol and strugging with this new laptop

I downloaded the WoTL add ons and unzipped the ones I want into the Add On folder under interface, but when I log into the game the only add on I have is Atlas. What am I doing incorrectly?

I can't get Launcher to work on my new laptop I am running the 2.9.8 patch do I need to download the 2.9.9 patch and does it need to be in a separate folder in my program files or can I extract it to the 2.9.8 folder. Do I need to delete the 2.9.8 patch before downloading the 2.9.9?
