How can I get mounts from other classes? I am a blood elf and when I try to buy a wolf in Ogrimmar, the seller says I need to "be exalted" by the Orcs. How do I do that? what is "to be exalted"?

In the addons folder for wow-mania there is the Gatherer, but it doesn't work. There is no database. how do you farm? Is there an addon to help?
