Open your character screen in game, along the bottom, open the reputation tab. Exalted is the highest status you can achieve with a faction. Your allied factions start at Friendly. It requires 6,000 reputation to become Honoured, a further 12,000 to become Revered and another 21,000 to reach Exalted...
