can only vote every 12 hours or 24 hours I do believe. I have also been having trouble I vote on all 6 sites and may get 1 point total. i just vote 12/24 hours and I get what I get.

Same has happened to me then one day I log in and have like 24 voting tokens

I have done vip 2 months and only received 1 token. I had to do it a month at a time as my card will not do the subscription on its own.

Do you only get one when you first sign up or are you to get one each month?
