General Mutes - suggestion

I write on this forum cuz making tickets in game about mutes is bannable.

I'd suggest to avoid total and general mutes because it can affect raid and party chats. I was unable to help and suggest tactis in dungeon as dungeon leader. GMs should mute only general chat like "World, Trade, general" but not party and raid chats.

The best to avoid the " unable to help and suggest tactis in dungeon as dungeon leader ", is not beeing muted at all, so my suggestion is to follow the rules and avoid the mute

ok ok no problem. If i'll get general mute, it will affect other players. I don't care it. It was my suggestion.
