server offline

the website says the server is online but when u go on the game the severs says its offline even the test server
i bought some stuff on the account and really would like to play again.

Same problem here! i tried do delete and replace Cache, WTF and Interface folders but nothing changes. I really wonder what can i do. Can anybody help us out? Thanks

Make sure "realmName" property is set to "Redemption". The realm name is displayed on the authentication screen, in bottom right corner.

To change the property, open ${gamedir}/WTF/Config.wtf in a text editor. Find a line that starts with

Code: Select all

SET realmName
and replace it with

Code: Select all

SET realmName "Redemption"
. In case the property is absent completely, add it.
