Disconnecting Constantly

Hello,

When playing the game I am disconnected every 5-10 minutes. Frankly, some days it is okay and I can play for a long time with no issues, but mostly it is when I boot up WoW for the first time that day.

I also play a runescape server at the same time, and as soon as I open WoW I am disconnected from both... it always happens, and it's really weird.

I have the up-to-date launcher, running as administrator, as instructed.

Could anyone advise?
