unable to connect

game was lagging so i closed deleted Cache and wtf folders i had chars there i don't have anymore was causing issues
i ran launcher to update after that was done i tried to log in but its showing the servers are all offline when i know they are online this is all i see anyone have any ideas or a way i can connect on the short term?

if u get this issue make a notepad and copy paste this in it and save as config,wtf and put in WTF folder
worked like a charm got 300 od views and no replys so i went looking
