New to game & acc won't login

I made a new acc to play with a friend and it just won't accept my login info. Im using the same info I made on the website so Im not sure what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In between watching them for more important information, which is always interesting, I play game for pleasure. Playing this endless runner game is a blast.
