Login Issues / Discord Link Broken

Hello!

I am trying to figure out what is going on with my account, I can no longer log in with what I know is the correct password. I have changed the password online on the website and that won't work either. I would submit a discord trouble ticket but the link will not work for me and I have no idea why. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
