Server offline?

My wife and I are having the same issue, so we stopped playing all together, went back to playing Everquest... We downloaded all the requirements, the all up-to-date, and still shows offline... So we made the decision to stop playing all together.... Been seeing a big problem with Windows 10... Sorry.... No one seems to know how to leave well enough alone, making a game better does not always mean it's going to work the same, there are always consequences, if it was me, I'd return things back to the way it was, and just work on the bugs and hackers...
