server offline

Why is server Offline but on web i see online players?

Estou com problema de conexão também, tento logar mas os servidores só aparecem offline. Contudo, no site mostra os servidores ativos.
Como posso resolver??

Same problem here, servers ingame are offline, but in the web are online...And I had 2 characters from before, its not like I am connecting for the first time =/
