No it is not possible. Only gold to maniac points

Both VIP tokens, vote tokens and Maniac points can be shared between chars on the same account

You can't redeem because gold only gives maniac points.

how can i get theses points ? are the dungeon only or are there other ways to get them ?

You can exchange Vote Points for Maniac Points , and when you get lvl you got maniac points too
