Transfer character's from russian server

Hello everyone from Kiev, Ukraine.
This is not a complaint about life or a request to pity me.
I have account with 3 chars on russian server. Its probably bad for me, course this pigs attacks my country and play on russian server don't look like normal situation.
I will be happy transferred my chars to this server and play with good people from Europe.
Can we do this?
