I didn't do too much of Dragonblight, but was traveling several times with Jotun path and didn't meet him.
He should be easy to spot as he is 10x taller than normal NPC.
Did I really miss him or he is missing and I should report that ?

He limps and every few steps returning a bit ... than again and again

I have never met Jotun either. I don't know if it's because I'm not patient enough to wait. I was there for about 5 minutes.

it's possible that you may have missed the Jotun NPC while traveling through Dragonblight. However, given that he is 10 times taller than a normal NPC, it seems unlikely that you would have missed him if he was present. Immaculate Grid
