My main is a lvl 80 Hunter and I have been waiting for Skoll to appear so I can tame him. He just appeared but it won't let me tame him. Is he no longer tamable? Do you have to be horde to tame him and Loque'nal?

Hello,

It is classed as exotic and can therefor only be tamed by BM hunter's with the Beast Mastery talent.

Your faction does not matter for taming Skoll or Loque'nahak, as they are both neutral enemies that will not attack you unless you attack them first.
