Technical issues.

Me and my wife are having two different but similar technical issues:

1. On my laptop often game stops on dungeon or WM-mall loading screen - it's like frozen. Bar is loaded but no any response. I have to close the app and start again - than dungeon or WM-mall is loaded directly and no problem.
What is strange - it never happen when game is loading on beginning or when traveling across continents with ships.
Just dungeons and mall are causing that problem.

2. On PC that my wife is playing on, WOW is freezing in very unexpected moments. Sometimes she can play without any problems for hours, sometimes it happen several times in one dungeon run.

I have suspects in both cases, but maybe someone has some ideas?

Do you use addons? The issue seems like be addon related, I advice to disable addons and try one by one to check if it works.
