Failed to open archive common.mpq

Hi,

Im having some troubles starting the game up since today. yesterday, no problems. today i cant get it running, even after redownloading the game. everytime after i click play on the launcher(yes with admin rights) i get the error "Failed to open archive common.mpq"

so i redownloaded the game. same crap.
Since a full reinstall is not working. im kind of stunned by what is going wrong here..

also tried copying the data folder to the old wow folder. no luck..

any help here? :/

First download appearantly was corrupted, second full reintstall got it back working.

"Failed to open archive common.mpq" this error is not too rare, I have encountered it a few times, I just need to reload it to be able to play death run 3d normally
