You answered your own question there, voting should be only done once a day.
The vote sites are not controlled by Mania, therefor all we can do is explain how to vote correctly.

Es klingt frustrierend, dass du seit so langer Zeit keine Vote Tokens erhältst, obwohl du regelmäßig abstimmst. Vielleicht gibt es ein technisches Problem oder eine Änderung im System? Es wäre hilfreich, den Support oder die Community nach möglichen Lösungen zu fragen. Viel Glück!
