White and blue cubes

Hi,

As the tittle says, white & blue cubes is what I see on most characters but blood elfs and female orcs.

It probably is a corrupted or missing file. Have tried adding new patches manually to no success.

My question is, if I completely delete my main WoW folder from my computer and re download everything a fresh, will it sort it out?

Also, is there any sub folder I should make a copy of before deleting current WoW folder?

Any help from a Wow Mania team member will be appreciated.
