Login Issue

Hi if got the problem that the client show me i got 5 charakters but when i logg in to Naxxramas that there is no Charakter and TBC isnt even installed but the patch is on 3.3.5a so what shall i do right now that i get my charakters back? s1 an idee

Try switching from Naxxramas to redemption
